Second floor offers 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Third floor is a great children's room with 2 XL twins, TV w/DVD and lots of games and toys. Owner supplies linens and towels through a local linen service. Backyard garage apartment is not part of rental and is accessed by side of main house. Front porch for morning coffee and enjoying a good book and cocktail (Pearl street is all about the front porch). Owner supplies 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and 8 beach tags. fees include $65 Processing Fee, $150 Short Term Cleaning Fee, $400 Security Deposit and an optional vacation insurance "Vacation Standard Protector" Tenant Cancellation Policy.
