Two bedrooms - 1 Queen and 2 Twins plus a pull-out sofa (Full) in the living room provide plenty of sleeping capacity. Comfortable furnishings and many amenities, such as washer and dryer, window A/C units (one in the kitchen and one in each bedroom) basic cable TV, WiFi and a beautiful deck on the front, complete with gas grill and outside furniture will make your Cape Cod vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Approximately 1 mile driving to Lecount Hollow Beach (on the oceanside), and approximately 3 miles into Wellfleet Village. The Wellfleet Drive-In is a short drive down Rt. 6, a summer "staple" here in Wellfleet. There will sometimes be a low tide smell here around low tide. Please no pets (not allowed on property at any time ($100 fine per day) and no smoking. Woodstove/fireplace is not for tenant use. No landline here. Linen & towels not included.
