Through the double sliding glass doors is the main living space featuring cathedral ceilings. The open floor plan includes the living area with seating for everyone to relax. The dining area includes a large table that can fit up to eight comfortably. The open kitchen has ample kitchen counter and cabinet space. Also included is an electric stove top, two wall ovens, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with washer and dryer and a second refrigerator. To the back of the home is a living area with television that can be converted into a sleeping area with queen size sofa bed. There is a first-floor bedroom with twin beds and a full hallway bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with queen size beds and a hallway bathroom with shower and a tub. Outside, enjoy a fenced in yard, BBQ gas grill, picnic table and a spacious outside shower with dressing area. Guest do have access to the locked shed to store bikes and beach equipment. This home does include eight beach chairs. Please bring any additional beach gear. This home DOES NOT provide bikes to use, please bring your own. There are three off street parking spots in the drive and plenty of street parking on Hollywood Road. The owner does provide blankets and pillows for the home, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINENS, BATH TOWELS, BATHMATS, KITCHEN TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS FOR YOUR STAY. Dogs are considered, all pet requests must be approved by the owner. 409 Hollywood is one and a half blocks to the Delaware Bay, .3 miles to the wildlife management area with walking/ biking trails, 2.3 miles to the Cape May Lewes Ferry, 6 miles to downtown historic Cape May City and 10 miles to the Wildwoods.
