King bedroom with outdoor access and Queen bedroom share a bath.There is a great mud room with plenty of space for throwing aside towels, shoes, etc and a laundry room which also includes an extra fridge & freezer should you need the extra space. Second Floor: There are three bedrooms on the second floor. A queen bedroom with a private full bathroom and great ocean views from a small balcony. A bedroom with one double bed and a twin bed. And the third bedroom with twin beds. The second two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Lower Level: The lower level has a cozy TV area with comfortable seating, two sets of Bunk Beds, a bathroom and a smaller room with a day bed. This is a great space for the kids to hang out. Cottage/Studio:On the first floor there is a game area with a ping pong table. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with Queen bed, private bath and a deck with great ocean views.
