This year, new sliding doors to both decks and Bedroom 2 will get new furniture. The configuration is not finalized for Bedroom 2, but it will either be twin over twin bunk and a single bed, or 2 twin over twin bunk beds, so the pictures are not indicative of what will be in place. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Owner provides pillows and quilts/bedspreads for your use. 6 Beach Badges and Pool Passes for your use. $75.00 Cleaning Fee. A Cash Deposit will be needed at check-in for: * Two (2) PARKING PASSES @ $25.00 EACH. * Six (6) POOL PASSES @ $10.00 EACH. (You will receive your deposit for the passes at check out.)" Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made.
