The owners of this very popular summer home continue to seek perfection. NEW FOR SUMMER 2026: a major re-design and complete renovation of the first floor which will add two bathrooms, for a total of three baths on the first floor. The first floor family room will be moved to the back of the house which will lead to the idyllic outdoor space with its large pool and cabana. The entire first floor has been emptied and gutted and will be beautifully rebuilt and handsomely decorated with all-new furniture. There will continue to be three bedrooms on the first floor: one queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, a second queen bedroom with close access to the new hall bath, and a third bedroom with ensuite bath with two queen bunks--queens on bottom and XL twins on top. (Please note that Stone Harbor Fire requirements limit the number of tenants sleeping in the bunk room to four. Please see the new floorplan among the photos.) Four years ago, the new owners gave a great new facelift to this large home with new paint, new furniture, four new TV’s, all-new mattresses and a new dual-zone air conditioning system.
