Smith s Point is prized for its tranquility, easy access to the water and amazing sunsets. The cottage faces the ocean to the west and faces the head of Hither Creek, a salt water inlet, to the south. It is about 300 feet from a beautiful surf beach and about three blocks from the calm Madaket Harbor beach. The living room has a beautiful ocean view and opens onto a second-story deck with the same great view. Outside, on ground level, overlooking Hither Creek, there is a patio with a teak table and chairs and a deck with outdoor chairs. The cottage also features a nice large flat lawn and an outdoor shower.
