This house is being offered reasonable rental rate makes this home perfect for your next vacation.Four (4) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. However, they are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the cost of any missing or lost badges. "Street Parking for 1st floor, if 2nd floor is tenant occupied. Wash off abrasive sand with hose or outside shower before entering property. No smoking CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday.
