A second refrigerator/freezer for tenants use in garage. Ice maker in garage. Enlarged shower. Air hockey/ping pong table in garage. There are extra blankets in bedroom closets. There are 3 TVs. 2 are flat screen tvs, one in playroom and one in living room. Wet bar with granite top in family room. Do NOT bring gas grill into house and on decks. Grill on ground level only. No smoking and no pets permitted in or on this property. Midweek cleaning for 2 or more week rental.
