Children ages 12 and under are not required to wear a beach badge. Seasonal badges available to use at a discount basis for guests. Pre-order is suggested as the supply is limited call Property Manager for more information. Seniors 65+ can purchase annual badge for $10. at SB borough hall M-F 9am-4pm. Active Military, their dependents and veterans do not need a badge. Valid military Id must be shown to beach badge checker. Beach Wheels for Handicapped access to the beach are available at Beach Operations Headquarters. Beach Wheels are available with advance reservation by calling the Ship Bottom Beach Patrol. Ramps are available for the physically challenged at 4th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th, 19th, 20th, 21st, and 25th Streets. Lifeguards are on duty from 10:00am through 5:00pm in season Garage use is for beach supplies only. Family rentals only. No young group rentals. No smoking, and no pets permitted. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS (unless pet friendly), NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS
