House can be accessed from either E 26th St., or E. Ship Bottom Ave., with parking on both sides. A secluded patio area allows you to enjoy & relax after a day at the beach; complete with gas grill. NO SMOKING, and NO PETS permitted. Guests must bring linens, Pillows and Duvets are provided. Six beach badges are provided by the owner. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
