Great Bay Views! WIFI. No Pets and No Smoking permitted. *Additionally, no pets or smoking permitted on porches, stairs or screened porches! There is a furnished screened in porch. The bathroom has a stall shower, no tub. There is parking for 2 cars on left side of stairs. Shared Gas Grill and a Hot/Cold Outside shower. The Gas Grill is only to be used in the backyard, not on any porches. Coffeemaker is combination Keurig and Carafe. NO BLANKETS OR PILLOWS PROVIDED Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
