The basement will house the newly renovated bonus room with two double beds (2 doubles). The home is fully air-conditioned throughout, and each bedroom has its own independent cooling system for maximum comfort. Below the front porch is a secure storage area that’s large enough for all your beach gear and bikes. An outdoor shower is located at the rear of the home.
