Steps from Commercial St, this lovely, restored, single family 1860 s Victorian has hardwood floors, a large living room with french doors to a private deck and 3 large bedrooms, each with it s own full bath. One bedroom and bath are located on first floor. There is a separate dining room, cozy second floor sitting room with TV and a sleigh bed sleeping nook for quiet reading or naps. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an enclosed outdoor shower. The private use back yard provides ample room to store bikes, kayaks,etc. BOH-21-324
