The same family has owned this unit since 1953 and the building was custom built in 1995 and there are numerous upgrades and many amenities. Provided is a DVD player with a flat screen HDTV and a cassette player in the family room, and there are HDTV's with DVD's in both of the master bedrooms. Carpets were put in the bedrooms areas and a hook up for wireless internet is included. In addition to the garage parking spot, there is off street parking for two cars.
