Three blocks from the beach in Ocean City, this place is great, the beach and the boardwalk are both within walking distance. This condominium is located on the second floor of an original Ocean City structure in the Historic area of the city; it maintains its charm and quaintest feeling. Although it has been renovated to contain all conveniences that provide easy living, this condo remains complemented by a large front porch. The porch is enclosed by full awnings which create a private area that is perfect for socializing or just relaxing. There is also a grill and plenty of tables and chairs so that dinner on the porch is a common occurrence at this Ocean City getaway. There are two bedrooms and a loft that has two twin beds and is accessible by a "ladder stairs" from the second bedroom.
