This rental offers many more amenities per week than most units within the same price range, such as but are not limited to: 5 New Wall Mounted Smart TV's, Comcast Wifi, 5 Beach tags, 7 Beach towels, 7 Beach chairs, two coffee makers: one Keurig and one Kitchen Aid. In addition to the family sized refrigerator there is also a smaller separate unit for extra beverages freeing up space in the family fridge for soft drinks. A commercial sized LG Washer and Dryer can handle the linens, towels and large loads of clothes. Owner does not provide linens or towels: however, renters have the option of bringing their own or using the local linen services. The owner makes upgrades every year to keep the unit current and attractive wishing you a most enjoyable and relaxing summer vacation vacation.
