The top floor is a large room with seating area and a queen futon, with access to two decks. The top floor also has a TV with an Xbox 360 and open floor space, making the room great for movie nights, kids' video games or adult exercise. High speed internet reaches all corners and floors of the home, and both of the living space TVs come with complimentary access to Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ house accounts. The enclosed beach shower is shared with the first floor tenants, as is a large gas grill at the ground level.
