There is direct access to a life-guarded beach from the expansive beach-level deck that is equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and a solar hot-water shower. On the ground level alongside the flowers and the native vegetation garden beds, you will find parking for four cars in the garage and driveway plus an additional full bathroom with a large shower. " Your holiday wishes will be met by these supplies awaiting your arrival: many beach chairs and umbrellas; lots of sand toys, boogie boards and skim boards; bikes of all sizes, helmets, and locks; decks of cards, board games, puzzles, books for all ages; and a gas barbeque grill and tools. Featuring an open floorplan with sweeping ocean views from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The master suite features a king bed, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The other three bedrooms have a queen, two twins, and a queen plus a twin bed pop-up trundle, and the living room sports a new queen memory-foam sleeper sofa. They share a hall bath with a tub-shower and linen closet. Along with the washer and dryer there is a continuous hot water heater and central air/heat to keep everyone comfortable. For off season guests there is a gas log fireplace and blankets on the beds. There is wireless internet and Comcast cable tv throughout.
