They share a hall bath with a tub-shower and linen closet. Along with the washer and dryer there is a continuous hot water heater and central air/heat to keep everyone comfortable. For off season guests there is a gas log fireplace and blankets on the beds. There is wireless internet and Comcast cable tv throughout.
