There's something special about 5320 Central Avenue. Our family has many fond memories here and we hope you will too. Year after year renters have enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of our home. With recent updates and upgrades, this first floor vacation spot is more beautiful than it has ever been. With 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and lots of windows bringing in the natural light, your time here will be restful. The beach is a short walk across the street making it easy for morning walks, quick trips down and back, or full days enjoying the ocean. Our kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and plenty of storage for your own food. Our dining room table is a central piece seating 8 people, with an extra 3 stools at the island countertop. We know meals with family and friends are special. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and full bathroom with dual sinks and tile shower. Two other bedrooms have comfortable king size beds and ceiling fans, and the fourth bedroom has both a queen bed as well as twin bunkbeds. Our remodeled hall bathroom has two sinks, tub/shower, and cabinets for storage. The house is equipped with wireless internet,five Smart TVs. Our remodeled living room has a ceiling fan and large Smart TV with plenty of seating. The home has a deck both out front and off of the master bedroom. In addition, we have a garage space, outdoor shower and hose available to rinse off all sand. Our street is quiet, just two blocks from the infamous Mallon's Bakery, Sack O Subs, Mikes Seafood, A L Mode Ice Cream, and Aneu Kitchen Juicery and Market.
