Adorable cottage, just a short distance from New Silver beach. This property is pet friendly and has a fenced yard. Upon entering you will find a fully equipped eat in kitchen with everything you need during your stay. Through the kitchen is the living room area with flat screen TV, and access to the front porch to relax on in the evenings or mornings. The half bath is located on the first floor. On the second floor are four bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen size bed, bedroom two has a full-size bed, and the other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each room. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. AC Splits are located throughout the rental. LINENS (sheets and towels) ARE INCLUDED with this rental. Outside you will find a patio area, fenced in yard and gas grill for evening BBQ's. Beach chairs and equipment available for tenant use.
