Staying at this quaint and quiet cottage, you will enjoy beaching, bike riding, bird watching, fishing, exploring, and relaxing - just 3 short blocks from the beautiful Delaware Bay. Sunsets are a nightly event at this airy, light filled home. The home has been outfitted with your dream get away in mind. A quintessential family friendly beach experience awaits you at Miramar! Miramar by the Bay is a 2021 updated home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that sleeps a total of 7 adults in 5 new beds purchased in spring 2021 (king, queen, twin XL, 2 twin beds). Owners provide guest with comforters, extra blankets, and pillows. Mattresses and pillows have protectors. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS FOR THEIR STAY. This home has one full bathroom with a tub / shower and an outdoor shower. The owners welcome each tenant with a starter kit that includes toilet paper, body soap, dish soap, sponge, kitchen wipe, and garbage bag. Guest have full access to 4 beach cruisers, 7 beach tags to the Cape May beaches (no tags required at the bay beaches), 7 beach chairs, 4 beach umbrellas, a beach cart, a picnic basket, 2 fishing rods and a bait box, and other outdoor items for your time at Miramar. Guests bring their own bike helmets and beach towels. The kitchen and kitchen supplies address every need for cooking and drinking. This home has a dedicated laundry area with full size washer and dryer. There is beautiful hardwood floor throughout the main living space and bedrooms. Tile is found in the kitchen / dining area, laundry area, and bathroom. This home includes Central A/C. Outside you will find an outdoor patio, picnic table, outdoor shower, clothes line, propane grill, and shed that houses all outdoor essentials. Miramar has Wifi and a large smart tv with Hulu provided (includes live tv). Tune into Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO etc. using your own accounts. There is one parking spot in the driveway and street parking on streets Miramar and Browning. NO PETS * NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY * NO PARTIES. NO PETS - a fine of $250 will be charged to guest if a pet is brought -NO PARTIES. 82 Miramar is within walking distance to everything North Cape May has to offer including the Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal and three great bay front restaurants and bars: Ferry Park, Ferry Station and Harpoons on the Bay. This home is a 5 mile drive to Historic Cape May for shopping, entertainment and restaurants, and about 6.5 miles to the Cape May Lighthouse. Cox Creek Preserve is available for hiking, biking, fishing, Historic Cold Spring Village, farm markets, wineries, breweries and distilleries are all within 3 miles of the home.
