Two (2) off-street parking spaces are available, per unit. There is no smoking, and no pets permitted. There is also a Covered Porch!" CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday.
