Also 1/2 bath in basement laundry room area.. The Beach badges are provided as a courtesy by the owner and cannot be guaranteed. . 6 regular & 2 senior Badges. No smoking and not pets permitted. Also has 1 roll away bed. May not be a pet-free property.
