Pet friendly with homeowners approval. Semi-Handicap Friendly: Only three (3) stairs to the porch, then able to stay on 1st floor, only. There is a Covered Porch. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
