There is a Dock and a Boat-Slip. Six (6) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. However, they are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for replacement cost of any missing or lost badges. Smoking is "NOT" permitted in this Unit! CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday.NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS
