Our cleaning crew will be sanitizing between arrivals using hospital grade sanitizer. Both hard and soft surfaces will be sanitized. We have modified our check-in time to 4:00 p.m., instead of our usual 2:00 p.m., to allow for additional sanitizing needs. "September and October rentals are available. *2019 New Living room furniture Oceanside townhouse. Five (5) TVs. One Bedroom has a Bunk Bed, which has a Twin over a Full and sleeps three (3). Crock Pot, Air Fryer, Waffle Iron, and Popcorn Maker are provided at the property. Six (6) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the cost of any missing or lost badges. No smoking, and no pets permitted." CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
