Seating for 12. Central audio CD and radio system, hot tub in back yard, 2 decks, central air, central vac, 6 beach chairs. Bedroom 1 with king bed, bedroom 2 with king bed, bedroom 3 w/2 double beds, bedroom 4 with bunk bed and twin, bedroom 5 with bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top, bedroom 6 with twin bed. Oceanside, Just 2 1/2 blocks to the beach. No smoking, No pets, No groups. 10:00am checkout - no delays. For each half hour that there is a delay there will be a $50 charge. Trash and recycling must be put out on the designated days in in the proper labeled cans. 10 AM CHECKOUT. TENANTS MUST SIGN ADDENDUM. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS PERMITTED.
