There are 2 HD TV s, swing sets, hot tub and a game room on the lower level. No smoking in the unit (outside only) and no pets permitted. There is a private lane and walkway to beach access and a 6 car Max. - Additional parking available upon request. Tenants must recycle or they will be held responsible for any fines. There are 4 Full Bathrooms and 1 half Baths. Central Vacuum system provided. Tenants must sign Swing-Set Addendum with their Lease. Many Beach Chairs provided... 3PM check in - 10AM check out Cable and internet is now supplied until the house is closed for the winter per owner.
