This two-bedroom, one bath home features a living room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and air conditioning throughout. The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the second bedroom has 3 Twin size beds. There are two smart TV s as well as an Xbox and games for the kids. There is a patio for outdoor dining, and a new gas BBQ grill. And no Cape house is complete without an enclosed outdoor shower! Newly added washer and dryer in the attached shed for 2023! The yard is big enough for outdoor games, and parking for three cars. Only .75 miles to Glendon Road Beach. Owner will provide optional beach pass (with a refundable $180 deposit) for access to both West Dennis Beach and Mayflower Beach and many others. Close to everything Dennis Port has to offer. There are only a Hundred Summer days each year, enjoy them on Cape Cod!
