Enjoy a fabulous vacation in this newer construction, great LOCATION, modern home with POOL and LINENS, Three short blocks to the beach and walking or biking distance to town. The home was designed with many comfortable options to gather or escape. When at the shore, the outdoors is the place to be! The front porch with daybed swing is a favorite for many! Enjoy BBQing in the backyard on the Weber grill while keeping drinks and condiments close by in the full-sized refrigerator in the cabana. Refresh in the oversized outdoor shower after a fun day on the beach. 8 beach chairs are available. Everyone will have plenty of space indoors too! The main living room, dining room, and kitchen is large enough for all to gather. The dining table comfortably seats 12 and the kitchen island seats 4. With 2 sinks, a 36 inch range with 6 burners and plenty of counterspace, the kitchen can accommodate a few cooks. Behind the kitchen is the sun drenched sunroom which overlooks the pool and backyard, A powder room is conveniently located by the back door. Next to the dedicated laundry room, you'll find the first of 2 primary suites with king bed, TV and desk. Upstairs you will find the second primary suite with king bed and TV. A third en suite with king bed overlooks the pool and backyard. Should anyone need a work space there is a desk in this bright room. There are three additional bedrooms on this floor. The first has a king bed. The second has 2 bunk beds (twin beds over full beds) offering comfort for kids of all ages and sizes. The large TV can be viewed from all of the beds. The homes sixth bedroom serves as a flexible space. Two twin beds are positioned for maximum seating enjoyment of the 6th TV in the house. The table and stools are a great place to play one of the board games or do one of the puzzles stocked in the bookcase. And the wall hanging Scrabble board brings all ages up to this room to play. The hall bathroom with shower/tub combo and double sinks complete the second floor. Linens (bed linens, 14 bath towels, 14 hand towels, 14 washcloths, 14 beach towels, kitchen towels... yes, that just opened up a lot of space in your car) are INCLUDED!
