This comfortable single family home includes the use of 2 off-street parking spots, an outside shower and storage for all of your beach gear (located on ground level under rear stairway). Listen to the ocean waves crash against the shore from the front porch or the rear deck outfitted with table and chairs. The first floor features a living area, kitchen, access to front porch and rear deck. One bedroom with 2 single beds and a full bath are located on the first living level. The 2nd floor features 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and a full bath that’s shared by each bedroom. Washer and Dryer located on ground level – access under rear stairway.
