There is a door to your backyard covered patio area with natural gas grill and dining table for eight. Upstairs is your open living/dining space with powder room and sunroom. The sunroom has a queen sofa bed, if needed. There are two outdoor spaces. The front of the house is your covered porch offering peeks of the ocean while also watching the activity around town. There is a slider door in the sunroom to access your back deck with a view of the ocean. Did I mention the lighthouse is literally in your back yard!? How cool is that! Additional amenities are speaker system through the wifi/sonos app, high speed internet service, baby-gate, beach chairs, beach umbrella and corn hole game. This oversized lot is fenced in and there is parking for two cars in the driveway. This property has an exterior security camera.
