Enjoy the ocean view from the terrace porch, walk down to the beach via the terrace or watch the evening carriages and walking tours go by on the Jackson Street side porch. Holly house has been an Inn, a year-round family home and is now a thoroughly and freshly renovated vacation rental. This house has a lovely airy feel to it with 10-foot ceilings on the main floor. The first floor holds the brand-new kitchen, spacious dining room perfect for big gatherings, comfortable living room with loads of room to watch the flat screen TV, and a central hall area with a dazzling stairwell that winds up to the second and third floors. Both 2nd and 3rd floors have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 master bedroom per floor). There are ocean views from both master bedrooms. The lower lever, which has full above ground windows, has a second full refrigerator, TV, games, and two queen size futons. There is a full bathroom and laundry room and separate outside door. The Jackson Street yard has a grill and fence. The Atlantic Terrace yard has bicycle racks and leads to a path to the beach that comes out on Beach Ave. Just cross the street and you are on the boardwalk. Cleaning Fee applies to all rentals.
