The 1st floor of this tradtional style home has a living room with a fireplace, dining area, modern kitchen, deck overlooking the wetlands and dock, a sitting room, breakfast room and powder room. All three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and have queen beds in each. There is a full size large hall bath. Boat slip will accommodate 16 boat or under. 2 Kayaks for renters use! Please note this is a smoke free home.
