New, independent, Sanyo A/C for 2nd Master Suite on 1st floor (2 Wall-Mounted, Ductless A/C Units, total). Ten (10) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. However, they are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for replacement cost for any missing or lost badges. No smoking permitted. Winter rental rates to be determined according to terms per owner (incorrectly shows $1)"
