No need to use your car. A few hundred feet from the Ocean. Fenced in backyard, BBQ, Garage and great layout. This home has a great front porch to sit and relax with a drink, an open first floor layout, with a master bedroom with bath on the 1st floor. Washer and Dryer room on 1st fl. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a den/play area for kids. Enjoy BBQ s in the fenced backyard and enjoy our outdoor shower. We have a grass yard which is not typical for this area. Guests will have access to all of the house and garage. There is no public transit. There is Taxi s, Uber. There is also a Shuttle Service that runs every 15 minutes or so that covers the entire Island North to South for a minimal fee. Linens are not provided.
