First floor includes two bedrooms, one room with a queen and the second room with a daybed and trundle bed. Full bath on first floor. Second floor is equipped with a custom kitchen complete with granite countertops, blacksplash, center island, and ventilation above the stove for the chef of the household. The dining area, living room, and second floor deck are all great places to relax or entertain. The second floor also includes a master suite with a Queen bed and full bath. A powder room is situated off the kitchen for your guests. The third floor includes 2 bedrooms, one with two twins and one with a king bed. There is a hall bath shared between the two bedrooms. The garage is also available during your stay to store your bikes, strollers, beach chairs, and other beach gear. Outside you will find an enclosed outside shower, hose bib, and natural gas grill. Lastly the home will include 3 TVs, preferred cable, and wireless internet. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. Owner requires $200 cleaning fee to be paid prior to occupancy. CHECK IN 2PM/CHECK OUT 10AM
