There is also a hall bath with shower. The 2nd Floor, rear of the home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one BR having a Queen bed and its own private bathroom, and the other having two single beds and private access to the hall bathroom. The Great Room has a cathedral ceiling above and is wrapped in glass, which enhances the appeal of that entire area! Sliding doors lead to an exceptionally large deck, which significantly enhances the living/dining area. The Kitchen features seating at the center island, and lots of counter space. The hall bath is easily accessible from the Great Room. The 3rd Floor is reserved for the Master Suite with a King size bed, private bathroom and deck to relax after a busy day with the family. Heated pool & spa are perfect after a day at the beach AND for those days where the beach conditions are less than ideal! The owner supplies WiFi, 10 beach tags, a baby gate and a changeover cleaning upon your departure! NEW FOR 2023 - OWNER will be replacing the kitchen cabinets, Island and countertops along with all new kitchen island seating, remodeling all 5 bathrooms, replacing all Living room & Family room furniture and will be removing old bunkbeds and will be replacing with brand-new built-in bunks (all twins). $75 processing fee (non-refundable), $200 Pet Fee, non-refundable
