Owner will supply linens and there are two washers and dryers to accommodate the large family. Cloudy days are not problem as you can take a swim in the new 13 x 27 Pool. $250.00 Pet Fee required. Only One dog allowed. 20lb weight limit for dog. Pet waiver and pool addendum MUST be signed.
