There is a full size laundry room with front loading washer/dryer. The bright and spacious second floor has a gorgeous well-stocked chef’s kitchen with center island seating and a large pantry with another full refrigerator/ice maker. The dining area has a round table with 10 chairs and additional seating at the island and on the adjacent front deck! Plenty of room for all! Enjoy gather in the great room after a long day at the beach with cathedral ceiling, large flat screen and comfortable seating. There is a powder room off of the kitchen and two additional bedroom suites. (1 King suite & 1 Queen suite) The third floor has 2 King suites each with private deck space and an additional laundry area. All bedrooms have TVs – 9 in total for the house. All bathrooms have hairdryers and magnified mirrors. The owners are providing beach tags, beach chairs, umbrella and cart.
