The 1st floor has a den with a Queen sleeper sofa and a half bath plus an outdoor shower, patio and fenced in backyard. Four additional decks with furniture. Back of home is on the marsh with abundant wildlife and views of the bay and fantastic sunsets. High end grill with wood and grilling tools provided. Ten beach tags, four beach chairs and extra beach towels are provided. King and Queen master suites with linens provided if needed. Blankets and freshly covered pillows in all rooms, every rental. Elevator for luggage transport or people as needed. Pride of ownership abounds. Recycle and condo rules must be followed (this twin is considered a condo). Non-smoking is a must. Only responsible renters are permitted to re rent. Check in time is 2:30pm. Check out is 10:00AM. Tenant pays $300 cleaning fee on top of rental fee. Tenants must leave the garage and grill clean and ensure all trash is put out for final collection on Friday morning or transport excess trash to the collection site in Sea Isle.
