New to our vacation rental program as of June 2018! Vacation rental located in the beautiful gated, resort community of Pine Mountain Lake, Groveland, California. Just 25-miles to the entrance of Yosemite National Park, Hwy 120 corridor. Only 0.6 miles from the popular Marina Beach! Unit 8 Lot 15. "Hillside Haven". Pet Friendly! The owners welcome your furry family members, cat or dog! Maximum of 2 dogs or 2 cats, no size limitations. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, non-destructive. Unsupervised pets must be crated. See pet rent in fee description. Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all times within the gated resort community; Tuolumne County leash law. Features: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1950sqft, 2-level, 4-TVs (Apple TV in living room), Playstation 4, wifi, central heat & air conditioning, 1-ceiling fan, 1-portable fan, woodstove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker / keurig, toaster, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, ping pong table, board games, video game player, 4-video games, deck, deck furniture for 6, gas BBQ. Bed sizes: 1K, 2Q, 3bunk sets (2 sets = 4T & one set = 1T+1D) + a pull out mattress underneath one of the bunks downstairs = 1T (super easy to pullout, can only be pulled out from the end of the bed, not from the side of the bed). Sleeps 12, maximum occupancy 12 (including children of any age). Dining table seats 8. SPECIAL NOTES: GATHERINGS: No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 12 people (including children of any age) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 12 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed). TELEVISION: No cable or satellite. TELEPHONE: none. LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. HOUSEKEEPING CREWS ARE PAID A LIVING WAGE. Housekeeping crews are allowed to leave tip envelopes. Tipping is optional. BUNK BED LINENS: Bunk beds will not be made up by housekeeping. Housekeeping will deliver bunk bed sheets + towels in bagged bundles and these will be placed ontop of each bunk bed for guests to make up the bunk beds. PARKING: This house is on an easement driveway shared with neighbors. Driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles. Sloped driveway leads to level driveway parking pad for 1-2 vehicles. Sloped parking for 1-2 vehicles. No garage. AGE RESTRICTION: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property, a copy of your drivers license will be required. RATES: Rent + tax/fees.
