You can jump in your kayak and paddle over to the Lake Lodge Beach or to the larger Marina Beach. Take a picnic lunch...or if you are headed to the Marina Beach, you can buy your lunch at the Marina Lakeside Cafe, a.k.a "The Snack Shack". There is so much fun to be had here! This is a special place to make precious memories with your loved ones! And what an amazing view! A wide open & expansive view of the Pine Mountain Lake. Just sit back and relax on the back deck, take in the view while you fire up the grill! Features: 3-bedrooms, 2.5-bathrooms, large bonus room with ping pong table and two sofa sleepers, 2450sqft, built 1996, 2-level, wifi, 2-tvs, basic cable, 2-dvd players, new ductless air-conditioning + heater units in every room, woodstove, microwave, dishwasher, 2-coffee makers, toaster, washer/dryer, deck, deck furniture for 10, gas bbq, private dock for guest use + 2 kayaks (both 1-person kayaks). SPECIAL NOTES: New master suite (built the winter of 2018) will be for owner-use only, will not be available for guest use. PARKING: Driveway parking 4-5 vehicles. Garage not available for guest use. GATHERINGS: No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 12 people (including children of any age) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 12 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed). STAIRS: This property has interior & exterior stairways. There is a flight of steps from the driveway to the front door (about 10 steps). There are over 30 steps from the house to the waters edge. LIFE JACKETS: Guests agree to wear life jackets while using provided boat(s). LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. HOUSEKEEPING CREWS ARE PAID A LIVING WAGE. Housekeeping crews are allowed to leave tip envelopes. Tipping is optional. PETS: No pets. No animals. AGE RESTRICTION: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property, a copy of your drivers license will be required. RATES: Rent + tax/fees. Premium summer and holiday rates. No smoking.
