STAIRS: This property has interior & exterior stairways. There are over 10 steps from the driveway to the front door. There are more than 50 steps from the house to the waters edge. PARKING: Driveway parking for 3-5 vehicles. No garage. LIFE JACKETS: Guests agree to wear life jackets while using provided boat(s). LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. HOUSEKEEPING CREWS ARE PAID A LIVING WAGE. Housekeeping crews are allowed to leave tip envelopes. Tipping is optional. PETS: No pets. No animals.
