The second level is the Living area with wet bar and under counter refrigerator, fireplace, large screen TV, a queen sofa bed, half bath and 10 foot covered deck. The second level also has a large dining area and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The third level has a Primary Suite with queen bed, private bath and oceanfront 6 foot deck. This floor also has a bonus room with a queen bed. All bedrooms have a TV and all but the bunk bed room will have ceiling fans. Free internet access. Owner has supplied bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels for tenants use. Tenant is responsible for cleaning all linens prior to checkout. Off season rentals will be available. $500 per night 3 night minimum. Bathing Beaches are on either side at 65th and 71st streets. 67th Street is a Volleyball Beach. Close to the Sands Department Store, Acme Market, Rick s Breakfast House, Uncle Oogie s Pizza and the CVS all at 63rd Street.
