Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all times within the gated resort community; Tuolumne County leash law. STAIRS: This property has interior & exterior stairways. YARD: Sloped yard & driveway. TELEVISION: No cable. LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. HOUSEKEEPING CREWS ARE PAID A LIVING WAGE. Housekeeping crews are allowed to leave tip envelopes. Tipping is optional. PETS: Upto 2 dogs, 25lbs each. Pet rent applies. No cats. GARAGE: Garage not available for guest use. PARKING: 1 car carport and driveway parking upto 3 vehicles.
