GATHERINGS: No large gatherings, day visitors, or overnight guests above the maximum occupancy of 14 (including children of any age) permitted on the premises at any given time, without specific written permission from Yosemite Region Resorts + over-occupancy fee will apply. LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. HOUSEKEEPING CREWS ARE PAID A LIVING WAGE. WELL WATER: This home is on a well. There is a naturally occurring sulfur smell to the water.
