Spacious wrap-around deck with ample outdoor furniture, including a large round dining table, built-in bench and dining chairs, and five chaise lounges. Gas grill maintained weekly by “The Grill Guys." Modern, fully-equipped kitchen, with Espresso machine, Vitamix blender, Toaster/Oven. Glass-topped wicker dining table with six wicker chairs, and additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. Living room with built-in, cushioned seating along the point, a large wicker couch and two large wicker arm chairs.
